Do you have a store I can visit? Sorry! As we're an online only business, we don't have a shop you can visit. We only sell online.
All of our products are physically in our warehouse in Cape Town at time of sale, ready to ship to you.
Do you offer a warranty on your products? Yes! Because we sell great brands, most products carry a limited warranty for manufacturer defects (within the specified period). However, because often products we sell are end of range or clearance items, we may not be able to replace your product. The warranty does not cover any type of accidental damages, product abuse or mis-use. We will need to assess any product that is returned (for any reason) before we can replace or refund the purchase. Please note that the customer must bear the cost of shipping any product back to us and you must arrange for the product to be returned to us via courier or post. If you need to make a warranty claim, you'll need to contact Customer Service to request an RMA reference (Return Merchandise Authorisation). This is a reference number that you'll need to write on the product packaging, so we know who sent the product.
Can I return a product? Products that have been purchased from us can be returned, within 14 days of delivery to you provided they are returned un-used and original condition. Please note that the customer will need to bear the cost of returning a product and must arrange for the product to be returned to via courier or post. Refunds will only be processed once the product has been returned and assessed. Refunds may take up to 14 working days. If you need to return a product, you'll need to contact Customer Service to request an RMA reference (Return Merchandise Authorisation). This is a reference number that you'll need to write on the product packaging, so we know who sent the product. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all returned products are packaged correctly and with suffient protection to ensure they are not damaged in transit.
Can I collect from you? Sorry! Our products are shipped from a warehouse which is not open for public collections. Our courier will deliver to your door.
